Thread is NOT included - suggested Perle cotton or a 12wt wool

Yes - multiple items are cut in a single continuous piece (2 = 1-yard)

Yes - sometimes shipping shows up higher than it needs to be - at the time of packaging we use the most cost-effective option and refund extra.
